A Precious Human Life

Everyday, Think as you wake up, Today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious Human Life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, To expand my heart out to others, To achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry, or think badly about others, I am going to benefit others as much as i can.

The Dalai Lama

Buddha

The Buddha once summarised his entire teachings in one beautiful sentence: I teach about suffering and the way to end it.

Avatamsaka Sutra

The supreme and endless blessings of Samantabhadra’s deeds, I now universally transfer. May every living being, drowning and adrift, Soon return to the Land of Limitless Light!

The Fluffy moon

Moon phases

Reality

My reality is based on what I sense and what I believe to be my true reality. Your reality is also based on that same principle.

However, If you look at the moon together with a friend, you both would have a slightly different interpretation of the moon.

Two realities of the moon.

Each mind of us has a different interpretation of the moon.

If I’d say the moon is blue and you would convince me that it is yellow my reality of the moon has changed.

The moon has apparently unlimited realities.

Zoomed in on the moon down to smallest particle level, every time I would observe their position and state, It turns out to be different.

Reality is changing all the time.

Adding up all these changing realities of the moon makes the moon some sort of fluffy ball where anything is happening and where anything can happen based on what we believe to be our true reality.

Anyone or anything that has sensed or minded the moon shares a common mind. For anyone or anything not having the ability to sense or mind the moon the common mind moon simply does not exist. The moon does not exist.

The common mind moon, a collection of different interpretations and conclusions that creates the constantly changing reality of the moon.

Objects like the moon can only exist when there is a common mind for it. Since I am an object too, there must be a common mind that is me.

Even now, that you are reading this writing you just became part of the common mind that is me.

Would I maintain the common mind that is me when contemplating myself?

It’s all in the mind.

Thank you for keeping me in existence.
